Note: This will only move items to the Trashbox. Deleting items from the Trashbox will permanently delete them from glu.<br \/>\nNote: glu does not auto-delete items from the Trashbox by default.<br \/>\nNote: Links will continue to work even while the original item lies in the Trashbox. Once the item is deleted from the Trashbox, the link will also be deleted.<br \/>\nWe advise that your team sets up operations rules to prevent confusion.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to Delete Items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"img_margin\" style=\"text-align: left\"><a href=\"http:\/\/help.glu.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/10\/3-5-3_linkdelete-455x300.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1039 size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #a9a9a9\" src=\"http:\/\/help.glu.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/10\/3-5-3_linkdelete-e1508833615835.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"396\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<ol class=\"list1\">\n<li>Find the item you wish to delete in the Subitems tab.<\/li>\n<li>Click the pencil icon to edit link.<\/li>\n<li>Click Delete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"jumpmenu\"><a href=\"#navigator\">\u2191<\/a><\/div>\n<h3 id=\"content_1_3\">Linking Items<\/h3>\n<p>Links allow you to use the same item in different locations.<br \/>\nWhen you modify an item, changes will automatically reflect in all linked items.<br \/>\nThe Link function is convenient when modifying shared templates and managing accounts.<\/p>\n<p>Note:<br \/>\nLinked items automatically delete when original items are deleted from the Trashbox.<br \/>\nDue to the parent-child structure of links, <strong>users often unintentionally delete links still in use <\/strong>when emptying items from the Trashbox. Based on this, whenever you add a new account to glu, it will link to dice based on this rule.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select a dice.<\/li>\n<li>Open the Settings tab.<\/li>\n<li>Click Auto-Link.<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Add&#8221; and &#8220;Auto-Link&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Click the following and Save.<br \/>\nConjunction: And<br \/>\nItem Type of Linkee: Account<br \/>\nAttribute of Linkee: Sales Manager<br \/>\nAttribute of Linker: (Value) = Yamada Taro<br \/>\nOperation: Equals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/help.glu.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/10\/autolink.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2130 size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #a9a9a9\" src=\"http:\/\/help.glu.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/10\/autolink.png\" alt=\"AutoLink\" width=\"377\" height=\"125\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Note:<br \/>\nAuto-link does not support complicated settings.
